Amarant
The variety Amarant is an early maturing red cabbage. Extremely short stemmed with horizontal leaves. Round medium sized heads. Can be harvested mid July from early plantings. A good delicate flavour.

Gartenbau Walsegarten
At the Walsegarten farm, Sebastian Vornhecke propagates seeds based on biodynamic principles. The farm is located in Dietzenrode, at the western edge of Thuringia near the Werratal, approximately 30 km south of Göttingen. The surrounding landscape is shaped by the forested ridges of the Hainich.
